To obtain passwords for the Secure Area of this site , Association Members should send their name and a requested password ( which is case sensitive ) to the Webmaster ( who may be away for a few days on occasions ) . Membership Applications are processed by the Secretary .

( Note : The user name has already been assigned and is the Member's surname , the first letter being upper case and the following letters are all lower case without apostrophes  , except in the case of Mc's , hyphenated names , etc. . The password may be almost anything , so long as it is easy for the Member to remember . * )
