UNSWR MIXED DINNER

 

 

Dear UNSWR Association Members

 

It was mentioned in the August 2009 newsletter that details would be advised concerning a Mixed Dining In Night to be held by the Regiment on Saturday 24th October 2009. Details so far are:

 

Participants:	All members of the Regiment and Association, and partners.
Venue:	John Cadman III for private charter by UNSWR on  Sydney Harbour. (Captain Cook Cruises operating from Circular Quay)
Timings:	Timings - 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm.
Cost:	Not yet confirmed but $70.00 - $75.00 per person estimated for a two course meal + tea and coffee. (or $90 - $95 per person if a drinks package is chosen by UNSWR).
Bar:	Welcome glass of sparkling wine, beer or soft drink per person. Cash bar thereafter (unless the drinks package is chosen).
Dress:	TBA by UNSWR

 

The cruise company requires a minimum of 50 guests so at this stage the Regiment needs to know numbers before making a firm booking for the vessel. The Regiment will send out final details once the vessel has been booked.

 

I have undertaken to forward the above information to Association members and to consolidate responses. I would accordingly appreciate early advice if you would like to attend and if you would have a partner with you.
